Admin is the role for people who run the team. If someone is responsible for members, roles, settings, and access boundaries, give them Admin. Good fit for- Team leads

- View and operate across all farms, miners, and tasks

Manager
Manager is for operators who also run high-risk actions. If someone needs to handle miners, tasks, or field issues and also perform actions like delete, archive, or pool lock/unlock, Manager is usually the right choice. Good fit for- Senior operators and shift leads
- On-site leads
- Engineers who need to independently resolve faulty miners
- View farms, miners, and tasks inside assigned farm scope
- Run operations such as reboot, pool changes, and power mode adjustments within assigned scope
- Run high-risk miner actions such as delete, archive, and pool lock/unlock

Member
Member is the role for people doing the work. If someone needs to handle miners, tasks, or field issues but is not responsible for team governance, Member is usually the right choice. Good fit for- Shift operators

Viewer
Viewer is the role for people who only need visibility. If someone only needs status, reports, or results, Viewer is the safer choice. Good fit for- External observers

- Help confirm site status without changing configuration
